Hands Up

Make peace with yourself

I specialize in helping clients overcome feelings of sadness, low self-esteem, life cycles and changes, domestic and family issues, work related stress, anger issues, childhood abuse, physical and cognitive disabilities.

Get on track with your emotions

I am particularly skilled with working with anxiety and depression which often are the result of difficult life transitions such as trauma, divorce, career changes, grief or loss.

At a turning point in your relationships?

We all live in relation to others; either being in communities and partnerships, or other contexts such as families, work, or school. They all influence how people live their lives and feel about their lives. As a Systemic Counsellor I'll invite you to see and think about your life in relation to others in a different light.

Helping you to improve your life choices and live with more joy, focus and intent.
